ANT Maschinen signs MoU with VAHLE Group
ANT & VAHLE signed the MoU

VAHLE, a leading German innovator in mobile electrification and energy transmission, brings decades of expertise in ports, logistics, and intralogistics — areas that align closely with ANT’s strategic focus. Within the framework of the MoU, both companies will jointly evaluate and integrate VAHLE’s technologies into ANT’s electric vehicles, perform field tests under real-world conditions, and assess future applications in port and logistics automation.

By combining ANT’s know-how in autonomous heavy-duty transport with VAHLE’s experience in smart energy delivery, the collaboration marks another important step toward safer, cleaner, and more efficient yard operations of the future.
