ANT Machines has entered into a commercial agreement with Ladybird Cranes Ltd covering dealership and service cooperation for ANT Yard Robots in the United Kingdom.
The collaboration builds on an existing working relationship between the two companies. Ladybird Cranes Ltd was an early commercial user of the ANT platform and has hands-on experience operating the system in real-world industrial conditions. Based on this foundation, the parties have agreed to expand their cooperation, with Ladybird Cranes acting as a dealer for ANT Machines’ solutions in the UK and providing local maintenance and service support.
Ladybird Cranes will support sales activities and customer engagement in the UK and provide service and maintenance for deployed systems, while ANT Machines will continue to work directly with customers where appropriate and handle advanced system integration. This structure allows both companies to address a broad range of customer needs while maintaining flexibility in commercial and project execution.
“This agreement reflects our approach to global market development through experienced, operationally focused partners,” said Vitaly Chukanov, CEO of ANT Machines. “Ladybird Cranes brings deep, hands-on expertise from demanding industrial environments, which aligns closely with our emphasis on safe, robust, and application-driven electric automation for industrial and logistics environments.”
The agreement with Ladybird Cranes forms part of ANT Machines’ broader international strategy to build regional dealer and service networks with strong operational backgrounds, supporting scalable deployment of its technology across multiple markets.
